You can get Special Parts if you use the Disassembly Bench and recycle junk from Chalk Peak and Red Sands.

While exploring areas within these regions, keep an eye out for junk items like Welding Machines, Vehicle Engines, Electric Screwdrivers, and scrap weapon accessories like SMG, Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle Body, as these will output Special Parts once you recycle them in your Disassembly Bench.

Prepare Weapons and Gear Before Exploring

You should explore Chalk Peak and Red Sands during the middle or late stages of the game as areas around these regions are swarming with high-level enemies.
