Steel Ingot

Steel Ingot is an advanced material in Dune: Awakening used to craft MK3 level equipment. It is one of the key resources for the mid-game and late-game phases.

Materials Required for Crafting

• 50 Water – Basic and rare resource on Arrakis
• 1 Iron Ingot – Processed metal from Iron Ore
• 4 Carbon Ore – Rare resource mined in the Jabal Eifrit area

Crafting Process

1. Gain access to an Electric Furnace
2. Insert all materials into the crafting interface
3. Start the smelting process
4. Upon completion, you'll receive 1 Steel Ingot

Crafting Location

• Electric Furnace – An upgraded version of the basic furnace
• Must be built in a safe zone of your base
• Requires energy to operate

Resource Availability

• Iron Ingot – Available in basic game areas
• Carbon Ore – Available only in Jabal Eifrit Al-Janub
• Water – Obtainable from many sources (distillation units, water collectors, trading)
